For charging posts, delivery is typically 3-10 days. For out-of-stock items, production lead time depends on order quantity. High-power DC charging posts are custom-made according to customer technical parameters.

Charging piles: 7 days. DC charging posts: 15 days. High-power fast charging stations: 30 days (after technical parameter confirmation).

How do you guarantee service?

Home chargers: 1-year warranty + remote installation guidance + video tutorials. Commercial chargers: Standardized services plus payment software integration for operating companies.
